Welcome to FinOptory, operated by Green Dopamine GmbH, Seehügelweg 1f, 9500 Villach, Austria (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between Green Dopamine GmbH and its clients, including purchases of FinOps packages, assessments, and consulting services offered through our platform.
2. Services Provided
We offer digital FinOps assessments, cloud cost optimization services, and software-based insights through our website. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are described on the respective product pages.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via our online form or Typeform system. All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. After order confirmation, an invoice will be issued. Payment is due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery & Access
Digital products (e.g., assessments, dashboards) are delivered electronically. Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and are outlined on the respective pages. We aim to deliver within the agreed period.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including Scorecards, reports, dashboards, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Green Dopamine GmbH. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal purposes only.
6. Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the respective service. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for gross negligence or intent.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All data shared with us is treated confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process data only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase if no services have been rendered yet. Once a service (e.g., assessment setup or dashboard delivery) has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The place of jurisdiction is Villach, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
